Here at The Urban Ministry Institute of Los Angeles, we believe that the end goal of Christian leadership training is wisdom. Christian leadership training is intended to contribute to the formation of men and women who possess godly wisdom and Christ-like character. In helping to prepare these leaders, our aim is not just that they become smarter leaders; our deepest desire is that they become wiser leaders able to discern the leading of the Holy Spirit, to possess and practice the mind of Christ, as well as to apply the teachings of Scripture in their own life and unique ministry context.

Since 2001, The Urban Ministry Institute of Los Angeles has been training, equipping and empowering pastors and leaders through theological education for the urban church. Partnering with us will make a lasting impact for God's Kingdom as you invest in men and women called by God to evangelize, make disciples, and multiply healthy, reproducing churches among the urban poor.
